We understand that many of EYEBUYCLASSIC customers prefer the convenience of paying for their orders in cash upon delivery. That's why we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for our customers in India. Here are some important details you need to know about our COD policy:
- COD is available for orders with a total value of up to INR 1400.
- COD not available for Summer Sale.
- COD is only available for orders shipped within India.
- COD orders will be processed only after a confirmation call from our customer care team.
- COD orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- If a COD order is returned to us due to non-delivery or non-acceptance by the customer, we reserve the right to block the customer from placing future COD orders.
- Please note that while we do our best to provide accurate information about our COD policy, it is subject to change without notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
