We Provide 7 Days Return / Replacement or Exchange.

At EYEBUYCLASSIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If in case you have received defective/damaged/different product than described, you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery.Help us to earn a more precious thing in our business, which is your trust, not money.

 Subject to the following conditions:

    • You must inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • If you purchased your sunglasses as part of a promotional sale , we will only provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
    • In the event that you receive a wrong and Damage product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +919172005399 or email at suport@eyebuyclassic.com with your order number and a video of the received product.

Return Policy:

  • All returns must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
  • If Customers can raise a return request only via WhatsApp number+919172005399  or send an email suport@eyebuyclassic.com with order details.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • n case the product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Eyebuyclassic.com can deny a refund to the customer. 
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • All exchanges must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
